The Enterprise Training Course is a special customizable course that we hand-tailor to your specific industry. Our expert trainer will cover a wide range of topics including maintenance strategies, measuring tools, precision alignment, and balancing equipment, but will adapt the course to fit the individual needs of your facility and team. This course is about the machinery and how to use it most efficiently, but it’s most of all about your company. Another unique aspect of the Enterprise Training course is the follow-up sessions with the trainer who will be available to answer any questions and concerns employees may have after returning to the field. The trainer will also host a free 30-minute Q&A session within 30 days of course completion. Our goal is to be a resource for your company whenever maintenance precision and alignment issues arise. This 4-day course comes in a package of 5 installments (to be used in a 12-month period).
This course is our ultimate training session for anyone and everyone who works with industrial-grade equipment. Our expert trainers and alignment specialists incorporate both classical and technology-based maintenance practices into this 4-day course. The outcome is that students will receive essential knowledge, practical skills, and hands-on training in all aspects of precision maintenance. The skills taught in the Reliable Precision Maintenance course are vital for the success of any modern plant seeking reliability and efficiency. This course covers everything from maintenance strategies to balancing fundamentals to vibration data collection. Three of the four days include hands-on training, and the course ends with an optional exam.

In onsite training sessions students will be given one full day of instruction, with numerous opportunities for hands-on training using VibrAlign’s alignment demonstrators which are designed to simulate real machines as closely as possible in a classroom setting. The second day will consist of ﬁeld training: students will be able to put to use what they have learned in the classroom and, with the guidance of the VibrAlign instructor’s expertise and experience, they will perform alignments on real machinery in your facility, solidifying their ability to perform fast, accurate, and repeatable shaft alignments.

The purpose of our training is to create alignment experts who will have the knowledge, skillset, and confidence to teach others. This is particularly true for our Alignment Masterclass course. In this course, our expert trainers and alignment specialists will not only ensure that students know the best practices of shaft alignment, they will equip students with the knowledge and hands-on training necessary to be able to train other employees at their workplace.

In this class, our trainers will cover unbalance, single plane and two plane balancing, using different tools and equipment for balancing, and more. Balancing can sometimes seem like a mystery, but our expert trainers have the insight, knowledge, and years of field experience to help a maintenance professional of any level feel confident in their balancing knowledge and skills.
The hands-on practice in this class is invaluable. Our trainers provide equipment and machines and guide students through balancing exercises. Students will also learn how to troubleshoot for tricky balancing issues such as resonance.
